How I Became A Successful Food Blogger

I love food. I love cooking. I love experimenting with recipes.

Since the time I was cooking for myself I have been paying attention to what is actually in my food. I noticed that I liked healthy ingredients. Especially when these ingredients got health promoting nutrients, vitamins and minerals. I became aware a lot of these nutrients come from herbs and spices and started adding these to recipes. Why not eat delicious food and at the same time feel good and energized and live!

 

 

When cooking I often just look into my fridge and pantry to see if there is any food I can turn into a great dish. I like to use my readymade mixtures of different herbs to throw into the pot. That’s how I came to use my herb mixtures in the recipes in the EatAndLive blogs!

 

 

I love to have dinners with my husband and two sons, our dog and our cat. I want to make sure we are all healthy by eating the good food. I enjoy the outdoors: hiking, biking, golfing, kayaking.
