I finally got myself a slow juicer. When buying a juicer it is important to see what you want from it. I wanted to get a juice with as much nutrients as possible. When getting a juicer you will have the choice between a slow or masticating juicer and a fast or centrifugal juicer. With the fast juicer the juice will be less nutritious. This is because of the heat of the juicing process that can reduce the nutrients.
For this Beet Wheatgrass Turmeric Ginger Juice I just added some ingredients that I had available.
It is best to get organic ingredients since you only wash and clean the ingredients and put them in the juicer with peel and all. It is that easy!
Beet is a vegetable with many nutrients. Here are a few:
potassium
folate
vitamin B6 and C
fiber
antioxidants
manganese, iron, copper
lowers blood pressure

Ingredients:
1 #beet with beet leaves
1 inch (2.5 cm) #ginger
bunch of freshly cut #wheatgrass
Preparations:
clean and wash all the ingredients and cut off bad pieces
cut the ingredients in smaller sizes that will fit in your juicer
put the ingredients in your juicer like the instructions tell you
with my juicer I have to put in the leaves first and then the other harder ingredients
Ready!
Tips:
Add 1/2 cup of orange juice to enhance the taste.
Drink your juice right after making it to get the most nutrients.

Enjoy, Feel Good and Live!
