Carrot Beet Celery Wheatgrass Ginger and Lemon Juice


How about some health in a couple of sips? Feel good and be healthy! I made this juice and felt great after drinking it.

Just get the vegetables from your fridge and pantry. Clean and cut them to pieces that fits your juicer! That's all there is to some good juice!










Ingredients:

  • 1 big carrot

  • 1 small beet

  • 2 celery stalks with some leaves

  • bunch of freshly cut wheatgrass

  • 1 inch of ginger

  • 1/2 lemon, juice

Preparations:

  • clean and cut carrot, beet, celery and ginger into pieces that fits your juicer

  • rinse the bunch of wheatgrass

  • juice the lemon

  • put everything into your juicer, according to your juicer's guidelines



Enjoy your juice!
