Arugula Salad with Orange, Feta Cheese and Walnuts

This Arugula Salad with Orange, Feta Cheese and Walnuts is a juicy salad that pairs excellent with a sandwich at lunch time. This salad is easy to make. I made this salad in one salad bowl for two people. You might want to put the ingredients on two salad plates right away, if that suits your table setting more.
I prepared and measured all the ingredients first before putting them in the salad bowl.

Arugula is a very healthy vegetable with lots of nutrients. Here are a few:
Vitamin C and K
Folate
Calcium
Magnesium
Manganese
Beta-carotene
Lutein

Walnuts are great for your heart, brains and bones since #walnuts:
reduce blood pressure and cholesterol
contain good omega-3 fats
contain manganese which support healthy bones and collagen production
Ingredients you need for this Arugula Salad with Orange, Feta Cheese and Walnuts:
2 cups #arugula
1 #orange, for 1 teaspoon orange peel and the orange pieces
1/3 cup or 65 grams Feta Cheese, pieces
1/4 or 30 grams #walnut, pieces
1 #garlic glove, minced
2 tablespoons #honey
2 tablespoons #lemon juice
#mustard, a couple of squeezes
black #pepper to taste
2 slices organic dried orange (optional)

Preparation:
put arugula in salad bowl
spread the orange pieces on top of arugula
spread pieces of feta cheese on salad
spread the walnut pieces on top
put the orange peel and minced garlic on top
sprinkle lemon juice over the salad
sprinkle honey over the salad
squeeze mustard over the salad
sprinkle black pepper to taste over the salad
decorate the salad with the organic dried orange slices (optional)
