Healthy juice made with #cucumber, #kale, #apple, #turmeric and #ginger. Enjoy all their nutritions in one drink. Easy to make. Just clean all the ingredients and put it in your juicer.

Ginger nutritional properties, may:

Ingredients:
1 cucumber
1 apple
4-5 leaves of kale
1 inch (2 1/2 cm) of turmeric
1 inch (2 1/2 cm) of ginger
Preparations:
rinse all the ingredients
cut away bad pieces
cut cucumber, apple in pieces that will fit your juicer
take kale leaves from stem
put all the ingredients in your juicer according to your juicer's guidelines
Tip:
add some orange juice to enhance the taste of the juice to your liking
divide juice into two portions and save one portion in fridge for next day
