Healthy juice made with #cucumber, #kale, #apple, #turmeric and #ginger. Enjoy all their nutritions in one drink. Easy to make. Just clean all the ingredients and put it in your juicer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 apple

  • 4-5 leaves of kale

  • 1 inch (2 1/2 cm) of turmeric

  • 1 inch (2 1/2 cm) of ginger





Preparations:

  • rinse all the ingredients

  • cut away bad pieces

  • cut cucumber, apple in pieces that will fit your juicer

  • take kale leaves from stem

  • put all the ingredients in your juicer according to your juicer's guidelines


Tip:

  • add some orange juice to enhance the taste of the juice to your liking

  • divide juice into two portions and save one portion in fridge for next day
