Health drink with blackstrap molasses and almond milk/tea - Super Powerhouse

I read about the health benefits of blackstrap molasses recently and was kind of surprised.
Blackstrap molasses is apparently very good for our bone health. And a lot of other things for our body. It contains a lot of vitamins and minerals.
So I came up with this tasty warm tea/milk drink.
History of blackstrap molasses
Molasses is a by-product of sugar cane. Sugar cane is mainly used for making sugar out of the juice of the sugar cane. During the first boiling a light coloured molasses will be extracted, a darker molasses during the second boiling and during the third boiling the darkest, thickest extract will be the blackstrap molasses. This last extract will have the most vitamins and minerals. You might say that blackstrap molasses is a super powerhouse.
Health benefits of blackstrap molasses:
arthritis reliever: anti-inflammatory, reducing swelling, joint inflammation and pain
strong healthy bones: calcium promotes this
brain boosting properties: magnesium, calcium and B-vitamins will help fighting fatigue, anxiety, stress and enhancing brain function, mood and focus

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of boiled water
1/2 cup of heated unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses
Preparations:
Mix all ingredients in a glass and drink it when it is warm.
A delicious comforting drink! Great for rainy days or if you feel lousy!
Also great for relaxing just before bedtime for a good night rest!
Warning:
Consume no more than 1 tablespoon per day since blackstrap molasses can have an effect on your digestion in the form of diarrhea.
