What do you need to make this healthy tea:

  • 1 1/2 cup water

  • 4 star anise

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • honey to taste

Preparation:

  • boil water

  • add star anise and cinnamon stick

  • boil for 5 minutes

  • pour into tea cup

  • add honey to sweeten
