Sleep well with Bay Leaf Tea with Cinnamon


Whenever you are awake because of upset intestines or stress, try a cup of this Bay Leaf Tea with Cinnamon.

This tea makes me less stressed.

After a cup I will read for a bit and then dozing off to sleep.

I will make this tea by boiling 1 litre of water. Then I will add 4-5 bay leaves and 1 cinnamon stick. I let it simmer for 20 minutes, take the bay leaves and cinnamon stick out. You can prepare this tea ahead of time.

Preparations:
