Best Leek Quiche with eggs and cheddar cheese

I had to make dinner for four people. So today it was going to be a vegetable quiche. Easy and healthy and delicious. I always like to buy the ready to bake pie shells and think about what to make for the filling. Today I chose for leek.
Enjoyable dinner that is very easy to make and all of our family members like it.
Just add some eggs, cheese, paprika powder, pepper, salt and tomatoes.

Leek is healthy for:
your bones because of vitamin K and calcium in it
fighting cancer because of cancer-fighting compounds in it
your eyes, because of vitamin A in it

Paprika Powder, may:

reduce #inflammation
improve #cholesterol and #blood sugar levels
protect against #cancer,
be good for healthy blood
Ingredients:
Preparations:
preheat oven to 400°F (205°C)
rinse the leeks thoroughly under running water to take out the sand and dirt
cut the leek in 1/2 inch (1 1/2 cm) parts
heat the olive oil on medium in frying pan
fry the leek for around 5-10 minutes until tender
add paprika powder, black pepper and salt
divide leek onto two pie shells
in separate bowl beat eggs with salt and black pepper
add cheddar cheese
pour egg mix on top of both, filled with leek, pie shells
put tomato slices on top
add a little bit of pepper and salt on top of tomato slices
bake in oven for around 30 minutes until golden brown
