This Carrot, Beet, Turmeric with lemon Juice is super easy to make!

And delicious!

I am always trying to get my recommended daily veggie servings!

This juice makes it very easy!

Just try it too!

And love it!





Carrots are very healthy because of beta-carotene in it. Beta-carotene converts into vitamin A (retinol). Vitamin A is healthy for:

  • your eyes

  • strong immune system

  • your skin

  • mucous membranes

Carrots are also good for bone health because of calcium and Vitamin K in it, which will make your bones strong!






Turmeric health benefits, may:

  • reduce inflammation

  • relieve pain

  • reduce risk of cancer

  • act as an antioxidant

  • help digestion and liver improvement




When juicing vegetables all their nutrients will be in the juice but not their fibers, unfortunately. That's why I am drinking a veggie juice as an add-on, not as an easy way to get my daily veggie servings.

Just make sure you will get enough fibers in your meals every day.


Beets with leaves (often called beet with greens) are often used in veggie juices as well. Not everybody is a fan of beets, especially children. I have noticed when using lemon juice in your Carrot, Beet, Turmeric and Lemon Juice as well, the juice will become very tasty.

Beets will improve blood flow, lower blood pressure and increase your exercise performance.

Beet greens will also boost your immune system, strengthen your bones and improve your mental health, your blood and eye health.

So putting beets plus their greens in your juice is basically a very healthy add-on!

  • put vegetables in your juice
