In for a steak tonight?

I was really in for some meat today.

In the supermarket I looked at the mouth watering grilling steak and was sold on it.

For this recipe you also need to get cilantro. Of course this healthy herbs adds on a lot of the good nutrients. And don't forget about the healthy and nutritious sesame oil!


How to make this delicious recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade, divided

  • 8 oz grilling steak (such as ribeye, top sirloin, or New York strip)

  • large zip-top bag

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 1/2 ripe mango

  • 1/4 cup #cilantro leaves

  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

  • 2 tablespoons #sesame oil

  • 1 lb sweet potato spirals

  • 1/2 cup grated carrots

  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions

I hope you do have the fancy spiral making machine. If you don't have it try to slice the sweet potato as thin as possible.
