Kale/Cucumber/Apple Salad

This healthy and tasty salad is made from items I found in my fridge and kitchen. It is a real home made salad.
Ingredients:
3 sprigs of kale
1 cucumber
1 juicy and crispy apple, like Gala or Red Delicious
1 avocado
2 garlic gloves, minced
pepper and mineral salt to taste
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
curry powder to taste
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
(optional 1 tbsp honey to sweeten it)
Preparations:
kale: wash under running water, take the leaves of the stem and cut
cucumber: wash and cut off the ends and cut
apple: wash and take out the core and cut
avocado: peel and take pit out and cut
put the pieces in a serving bowl
add the parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar right away, to prevent the avocado from discolouring
add to taste pepper, salt and the #curry powder
add honey if you like the salad a bit sweetened
