How about making your cooking easier? I can tell you!
For cooking I noticed that I always made a lot of mess in my kitchen by using different herb and spice containers. So I made my own mix of herbs and spices for my own convenience. It turns out that it is very easy to use. Like for mashed potatoes I normally would throw in nutmeg powder, cumin powder, curry powder and a little bit of ground cloves. Instead of getting out four different spice containers I have made my own potato spice mix. Just one container to grab with the right mix to my taste!
And I just shake the right amount I like on top of the potatoes.
And on top of the convenience the health benefits of these spices are amazing!
Good for bone health, arthritis, joint and muscle pain!

Nutmeg Powder, may:
help with digestion
treat insomnia
relieve joint and muscle pain
relieve depression and anxiety
be good for concentration,
be good for bad breath and toothache
have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory and antioxidants

Cumin Powder, may:
improve digestion

regulate blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol levels

Curry Powder, may:

prevent Alzheimer
be good for heart and digestion
lower cholesterol
boost metabolism
Ground Cloves, may:

treat toothache
be good for oral
be good for bone health
balance blood sugar
have antioxidant properties
When you are aware of all these great health properties, especially for bone and joint and arthritis pain you will see that you are going to use this ready-to-grab spice mix often!!

Ingredients Potato Herb Mix:
2 teaspoons nutmeg powder
2 teaspoons cumin powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Enjoy on your mashed potatoes!
Just sprinkler a bit on top to your taste!
