Three In The Pan is a Dutch treat. It is so easy to make and is a great snack or lunch on the weekends. They are just called Three In The Pan since you bake them in batches of three.
You only need a few ingredients and there you go! I had actually all ingredients at home, in my pantry. Probably just like you. I had this recipe in mind already a couple of weeks and decided to make it today for husband and kids.
Milk, flour (plus baking powder), raisins, salt, icing sugar, #cinnamon powder and #vanilla extract is all you need. And a frying pan and butter or oil for baking. Originally this recipe is without vanilla extract but since I like the taste of vanilla I just added it.

Vanilla Health Benefits, may:
have antibacterial, antioxidant and antidepressant effects,

Cinnamon Health Benefits, may:

Ingredients:
250 gram or 1 2/3 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
250 dl or 1 cup milk
100 or 2/3 cup gram raisins
pinch of salt
icing sugar
cinnamon powder
Preparations:
mix flower with pinch of salt and baking powder
make hole in the centre and add a little bit of milk
stir until milk has been absorbed
continue adding milk, bit by bit, in the centre until all milk is absorbed
stir a little bit more
add the raisins and stir
Baking:
add oil in frying pan and heat to medium hot
add three dollops of dough with a tablespoon, making sure the dough masses are not touching each other
for a couple of minutes bake until bottom is light brown
flip the three dollops
press with a spatula on the three dollops to flatten them
bake until done and slightly browned on both sides
put these Three In The Pan on a plate
sprinkle a decent amount of cinnamon powder and icing sugar to sweeten the Three In The Pan or bake them all and put them on a bigger serving plate for sharing
Enjoy while still warm!
