What is in the fridge?

I just looked into my fridge half an hour before dinner time and made this sweet and sour tasty salad with vegetables and fruit that were in there in just 10 minutes!

People: 4

Preparation Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 4 #celery stalks cut into small pieces

  • 2# bananas, cut into slices

  • 2 small yellow #peppers,

  • 1 big sprig #parsley finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp #sesame seeds

  • 2 #apples, cut into small pieces, organic, firm and crispy like Gala Apples

  • lemon juice from 1 #lemon

  • 1 or 2 tbsp #honey

Preparations:

This salad is easy to make. Just put all the ingredients in a big wide bowl and stir gently.

Make sure to sprinkle the lemon juice over the salad as soon as you slice the banana and apple to prevent discolouring.

Add more lemon juice and/or honey to your taste.


This salad is nice together with a rice-meat meal.
